ISSUE NO.02 BETSEK – 1ST GROWTH, HÁRSLEVELŰ DRY 2015

In the Betsek vineyard for Hárslevelű grapes we did the harvest on 14th of September. After the gently pressing the must was fermented in second use 300 l barrels, where we maturated the wine for more four months. After the barrel maturation we blended the wines in tanks and did the bottling in May 2016. In total 933 bottles were bottled.

Distinct wine with elegant structure, in the palate with elder flower, fresh scents is complemented by pleasant notes from the oak. Good acidity levels with fresh fruit flavours and a long mineral finish end. Nice companion to fishes and white meats, even veal and some pork dishes. Also recommended as an aperitif – serving temperature at 11 – 13 °C.
