This wine was aged for 4 and a half years in used Hungarian oak barrels, and aged in bottles (prior to release) for 8 months. Medium old gold colour. Complex nose of spices with mineral hint, which comes back on the palate, too.

Winter was quite mild but very long and therefore budding was not as good as we expected before. Thereafter we had a terrible hail at the beginning of May when the village suffered a lot for the heavy flood which was generated by the 4-5 inches rainfall in an hour. Berries had concentrated aroma and nice, very clean, fruity flavour because of the hot autumn and low crop. Acidity which was sharp at the end of August smoothens. So structure of our wines is very promising.
