2022 was an outstanding vintage with precise balance, elegance and power in the dry wines, and unbelievable richness in the sweets. Mild weather with good precipitation created ideal conditions for harvest, especially for those producers who managed their vineyards to the highest standards. We achieved high quality by picking our grapes at the optimum moment, enabling perfect balance.
Bunches were destemmed, crushed and macerated for several hours in the presses. After pressing we fermented the musts in stainless steel tanks at 17°C using our own cultured yeasts. Prior to bottling the wine was kept on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruitiness and the aromas characteristic of the variety.
