Honey dominates the nose, while orange peel takes over on the palate this vintage. Acacia flowers and a strong fruity note mingle with roses on the mid-palate, finishing with dry, white peach flavors.

Spring came ten days earlier than usual in 1995. The vines responded by also budding earlier than normal - late April to early May. Blooming took place quickly afterwards because of the sunny, dry weather starting in June. The berries had attained full growth by the end of August, and by the end of September were ready to harvest.
